SUNDAY THE 8th!!! **ATE CHANGED**I would like as many of our recruiting officers as possible to be online for a meeting about recruiting standards.

The meeting will start at 9:00 PM.

GOTR is more popular than ever, and for good reason. More and more we are getting requests for membership and for the most part the new members are outstanding folks.

A small number of "bad apples" has made its way into the GOTR fold and are becoming thorns in the sides of the leadership.

Another quick thing for you all to consider. GOTR is founded on the principle that through hard work and dedication anybody in the outfit who exhibits leadership qualities and a loyalty to the outfit can ascend to high places within the outfit.

It has come to my attention that one or two of you have questioned this fact, making references to some elite "inner circle" of GOTR members who "whore command rank" and exclude the new people.

This simply isnt true. I came to my position of leadership through hard work and loyalty in some unpleasant times in GOTR. I started as a joe-schmo grunt at about BR5 and have come all this way. I'm not special, I wasnt in any "inner circle". Be confident that each of the over 250 members of the Ghosts of the Revolution is vital to our success and everybody here has the ability to gain command rank, gain battle rank, gain experience, and even gain a position of leadership if they so desire.

Hard work, dedication, and loyalty will get you there. Chips on your shoulder, "I used to be this and that in my old outfit" senses of entitlement, and similart tactics will not.

Remember that.
