He met and exceed the role of what a Spectre pilot is required to do.

555th Ghost Assault Batallion: MauditOstie - Not only can this Ghost kick ass with the best of them, he also stands in as a fireteam leader and recruits significantly for the boys on the ground. His attitude is always can-do and no challenge ever daunts him.

The MVP's are back.
555th- Fourtysixandtwo for running AMSes and following orders while still managing to kill loads of enemies. A two time winner of the infantry division award, he is one of the most dedicated and longest running members in the infantry.
WW- swissch33se. If you have not had the pleasure of squading or playing with this member, you are missing one of the gems of GotR. He is always the first to volenter and is up for anything, he's a can do player and always pro GotR. He is alway one of the most selfless and willing guys in my division to learn, try and experience all that PlanetSide and GotR has to offer.
PG- Operationmindcrime. For stepping up when Tir's computer gave up on him, and running the entire division with near flawless precision. It was his handy mind and capable tank tactics that kept the battlefield progressing and the enemy forces supressed.
DL- SFerra of the Revenants, a solid and dependable player who consistently showed he has what it takes to follow orders and get the job done. This is not the first time he has preformed well, but it was a sterling example of his ability to act constructively in a difficult situation.
Congratulations to everyone who won - you deserve it. Stay tuned for next week's MVPs.

Hhhwat!!!! OK! Yeeaaa!
1) Some command changes:
Tanat is the new outfit executive officer and he will be handling outfit leadership in Asymmetric's absence.
Skyghost's RL work schedule is interfering with his PS availability so he is taking a break from his leadership role and Tir is now the new PG commander for the time being.
Congratulations to you both!
2) For those interested in the recently announced SOE Outfit Wars tournament, a topic will be made soon on the forums about it by one of the officers.

Ghost Last Stand - Recap
One word - awesome!
The GLS was great, but YOU, the Ghosts, were awesome - great teamwork, quick response, major asskicking!
We started a bit shaky and the initial planning was less than stellar, for which I am fully responsible - if you got a bit frustrated in the beginning, feel free to challenge me to a knife duell. I won't fight back.
But as soon as we got everyone to Hapi, the NC were doomed. Nothing stopped us - not the 20+ MAX crash, which even destroyed the gen, not the multiple galdrops at the back-/front door, not the enemy Vanguards lobbing shells inside the lobby, and certainly not the loss of NTU. It took nothing less than an official intervention by SOE, who brought the servers down, to take us out. ;)
Well done! I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. I certainly am looking forward to the next GLS.
Special thanks to N1H1L, Meatball and Slayer886 for doing the boring duty of creating a diversion - they stayed on Hossin and then on Forseral for 25 minutes, preparing other Interlinks for the unlikely occasion that we lose Hapi. 20 Karma for you guys!
Also very special thanks to Fokun for refilling the base with NTU at the last second - thanks to you we could have stayed in Hapi for at least another hour, had the servers not gone down. 20 Karma for you as well!

Ghost Last Stand - July, 27th
What was that? A GLS? That's right, baby, it's time for another kickass event!
Next thursday, instead of the regular raid, we'll find an Interlink Facility on an empty enemy continent, drain it, hack it, and then hold it for as long as we can (or want). Obviously it will take more than 133 enemies to force us out quickly, but since the limit is 133 per continent, I'd say tough luck for them and great fun for us. ;)
Check the forums for more information, and most importantly, don't forget to be there! Next thursday, 19:30 EST, the usual place in sanc.
Booyah!
