Get ready Ghosts, because everything we do on off-raid times are about to change. In fact, they already have. We are now operating under the Strike Leader system. This is basically how it works:

Division Lieutenants or Ghost Generals are the only people who can be Strike Leaders. There will be a Strike Leader at ALL TIMES during the general primetime hours, typically between 3pm EST and 12:00am EST. The Strike Leader is in charge on any large GOTR squads running at the time, and coordinates them as a singular striking force.

This is the new way things are being run folks! So get educated!

This Saturday(04-30-05), we will be involved in a multi-outfit MAX maneuver involving our brothers and sisters of Azure Twilight and Knights of the Sovereignty. We will be forming up at 7pm EST. Let's show them how it's done GotR. Further details can be found in our Enlisted member's area.

Last Thursday raid's attendence was disappointingly low. We have triple, if not quadruple the number of active members who actually showed up.

Please remember, Ghosts, that the Thursday Outfit Raid is more than just our day in the sun... its tradition. Its what makes us who we are. We're a raid-based outfit, and we need you there to make it happen.

People ARE being kicked for habitually missing raids without letting us know why. We hate to do it... but we'll do it anyway, if it means keeping this ship running tight.

Check the forums often, and if you think you're going to miss a raid, then please inform your divisional commander why. Thanks.
